1000 designs were generated and some of the best designs were modeled with AF3 webserver to double check the confidence metrics and the binding site. The design with the highest ipSAE (and binding at the specified interface) is kept in the submission. I add this design in the series because it is predicted to bind at the same site as the peptides of the submission, so that it acts as a "control" if it is chosen for experimental validation.
