Designs from a muni autoresearch run on TREM2, following Karpathy's autoresearch loop adapted for protein design. An agent ran 15 rounds of Proteina-Complexa through the muni CLI, tuning epitope, binder length, and search algorithm to maximize ipSAE on Boltz-2 structures. Across 43 jobs it generated 13,916 sequences and validated 1,273 with Boltz-2. The best design reached ipSAE 0.9502. The top 10 were selected for synthesis and BLI validation at Adaptyv.
