De novo RBX1 binders were generated with NVIDIA Proteina-Complexa on an NVIDIA A100 GPU using trimmed RBX1 target structures and hotspot-guided sampling. Candidate binders were prioritized through reward-based filtering and AlphaFold2-supported structural evaluation, with final selection informed by predicted binding quality, complex confidence, and basic developability considerations.
