De novo peptide binder generation using pepMLM, a masked language model fine-tuned on therapeutic peptides. Candidates were conditioned on the RBX1. Generated sequences were filtered by pseudo-perplexity, amino acid validity, sequence diversity, and scored for binding affinity, solubility, and hemolysis using PeptiVerse.
