De novo peptide binder generation using moPPIt, a multi-objective discrete flow matching model designed for motif-specific peptide binder generation. Sequences were generated targeting the RBX1 N-terminal hotspot motif (residues 18–36) from PDB 4F52. All generated candidates were scored using PeptiVerse for binding affinity against RBX1, solubility, and hemolysis.
