First, the key interface residues in the Nipah virus Glycoprotein G–ephrin-B2 complex were selected. From this analysis, a set of target hotspots was selected to guide Germinal’s conditional generation. The hotspot set used for the generation of this protein was A304, A305, A504, A558, A579. Then our fine-tuned model on antibodies was used to perform optimization based on log likelihood.
