Designs were generated using BindCraft on the Ariax Bio platform. The design settings were generated using the prep-inputs feature to select all residues in Nipah Virus Glycoprotein G within a 4 angstrom radius of ephrinB2 as the hotspot. The top 10 unique designs were selected based on ipTM.
