DenovAI’s proprietary end-to-end platform for de novo protein design takes in as input target information (target sequence and/or structure and optionally epitope information) and, through a process of generative AI and filtration, outputs binder candidates for the given target.  A range of protein design modalities are possible from miniproteins and nanobodies to full-length antibodies. Optionally, template information for binders can also be input.
