BindCraft is an open-source and automated pipeline for de novo protein and peptide binder design with experimental success rates of 10-100%. It was tested using a variety of targets including allergens, nucleases and solubilized membraneproteins. BindCraft uses a combination of protein structure prediction, sequence design and energy minimization models to generate high-quality binders. The pipeline is fully automated and requires only the target protein structure as input. BindCraft requires a powerful GPU (e.g NVIDIA H100) to run efficiently.
