We combined the newly released BoltzGen nanobody-design framework with structure-guided filtering and manual interface-safe mutagenesis to generate ten Nipah virus-targeting nanobodies: nine de novo binders aimed at the receptor pocket of NiV-G and one rationally mutated n425 control.
