Mosaic (backprop through Boltz2 diffusion) was used to generate binders to a number of different locations. Two non-overlapping ones were selected (largely ignoring metrics), one binding to the structured region and the other to the IDP tail, overlaid on the same target, and a variable-length inpainting method was used to design a linker between these. The linker was then re-optimized with mosaic (holding the non-linker regions fixed). I selected the first such design (#nofilter).
