• Description: This de novo BindCraft mini-protein was kept because it pairs compact size with unusually broad RBX1 coverage, making it a strong reference point for the main-face route. The working model targets the main RBX1 surface represented by the 4F52 Glomulin-blocked reference in the 4F52 main-face state, and follow-up refolds recovered compatible placements in the 3RTR transfer-related conformation, the 8Q7R functional-state conformation, the 8PQL functional-state conformation, and the 2LGV display-state conformation. What stands out most in the numbers are 10 binder-side residues participating in the modeled interface, a patch that reaches 4 RBX1 residues, broad RBX1 surface coverage of 0.750, high interface confidence at 0.908, strong developability at 0.973, and a composite ranking score of 7.2272.
