Starting from 8XPS human single-domain antibody (n425) which binds to Nipah virus G protein ectodomain. We used the ESM-IF1 likelihood following this paper, https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/science.adk8946. We selected 15 top mutations with high likelihood. For framework mutation, 3 were cdr region mutations were discarded From that, we generated combination with 11 mutations. and we submit 10 out of 12 case in this submission.
