the initial ideia was to create a tripod peptide that could target 3 different regions on the Nipah virus:

Target_Head1 - 317..346

Target_Head2 - 363..401

Target_Head3 - 278..298

The targets were based on the Nipah virus-binding review by Mohamad Nasir et al. (2025). Each peptide head should not exceed ~30 a.a. anyhow, the boltzgen model output gave a single peptide that could bind to these 3 regions.
