I initiated the design of a de novo mini-protein binder to neutralize the Nipah Virus Glycoprotein G by analyzing the NiV-G/Ephrin-B2 crystal structure complex to identify the critical receptor-binding interactions. This was my first time attempting to use BindCraft to generate a binder targeting the discovered hotspot residues. Due to a short timeline, I generated a small batch of designs (less than 100 total) and submitted the best-scoring design.
