Out of 10 design trajectories generated with BindCraft, none met the automatic acceptance thresholds (confidence and clash filters). However, 3 models successfully reached the relaxed stage, showing stable final conformations after energy minimization. These 3 relaxed structures are included in this submission for evaluation which we will use as our baseline for further submissions.
