I used my custom version of BindCraft modified such that you can give a partial structure as input, as well as a target, and added a motif-interaction loss that was up-weighted compared to the other losses. As input I used the known PDB structure 2HYE, and kept the either the contact site on the N terminus or C terminus of RBX-1 intact, while allowing for the design of a stable protein around this binding site.
