briefly: In this design challenge, we used a non-conventional targeting strategy that differs from traditional approaches aimed at designing stable monomers. We focus on generating designs that bind in a swapped conformation. This approach is based on the observation that a homolog of RBX1 forms a swapped dimer in the solved structure (PDB 4R2Y).
