Used PPIFlow to design nanobodies to RBX-1 while keeping in mind the Ring-H2 finger domain that is stabilized by 3 Zinc ions. Rather than restricting myself to a few epitope regions, I decided to sample multiple different epitope regions based on the epitope regions that Glomulin tends to bind to. I also sampled different nanobody frameworks: 7eow, 8coh, and 7xl0. If I had more time, I would have generated designs with other nanobody frameworks, and make mutations in the framework regions as well (rather than solely designing CDRs).
