these are nanobody variants of the nipah protein binder nanobody you can find in 8XPS pdb structure. We make backbone sampling around the xstal structure and run them through our Evolvex phisics based pipeline that search sequence to optimize mutliple parameter between wich stability, affinity aggregation and many other. Then we accurately select sequences and we even modelled them with boltz2 with template and msa with a recognize setting of the parameters and obtained the following reptible consistent ipsae scores:
