I, Javier Uzcategui, along with the support of Stephanie Reyes, performed the respective literature review and subsequently selected the key amino acids of Ephrin B3 through molecular docking. We worked acording to binding domain of Ephrin B3 , speficically on surfaces aminoacids of this ligand. Once these were identified, we selected the loop sections and contact sites with the binding domain of the Nipah Virus G-glycoprotein.
