The presented sequences were generated via a proprietary computational framework termed Peptide Illumination. This generative approach is engineered to encourage maximal structural diversity within the peptide sequence space. Candidate sequences are subjected to evaluation using advanced structure prediction tools (including, but not limited to, AlphaFold3 and Boltz) to score potential folds based on the desired properties. This set was developed primarily using Alphafold3 metrics.
