This design was generated using a vanilla BoltzGen design pipeline. Key hydrogen bonding and salt bridging residues (16 total) were kept fixed on the EFNB2 target, allowing the model to redesign the rest of the scaffold. To select the best design, the 20k designs were filtered down to the top 100 by BoltzGen internal ranking, then refolded using AF3. From the AF3 confidence metrics, I calculated the ipSAE score and selected the top hit (this submission).
